• Strainers are used with the strainer handle 300-305 to increase the tension on the fence wire to about 250 lbs
• Install strainers every 1,500 - 2,500'
• Strainers should be located in the middle of a fence span, (ex. halfway between two corner posts)
• One strainer can tension wire through no more than two corners
