What countries do you ship to?

We ship all items within the United States excluding items not allowed by certain state laws. We are also now shipping certain items international -see short item description for those items that we will export.

How does your free shipping policy work?

Items displaying the "Free Shipping" quote will ship free. All other items in the customer order will be charged freight.

How do you handle returns?

We have a very liberal return policy (some items or catagory of items may differ and will be explained within the item or catagory description) and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy:

All return request must be made via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your item(s)
You will be provided a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and this number must be in plain view (on shipping label) when your returned item arrives in our warehouse. Packages will be refused if RGA is not on label
If item arrives in a non-functioning condition, we will replace your item
All merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported immediately
Returns may be subject to a 15-20% restocking fee. Well let you know this beforehand via e-mail conformation
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide shipping back to our warehouse including insurance if required (exception is non-operative, workmanship issues or certain warranted products)

ABOUT BACKORDERS

We do run into backorder situations at South Alabama Farm And Ranch due to heavy volume and our regular retail sales. Inventories in our warehouse are not linked to our website. If you do encounter a backorder, we give you the option of canceling your entire order, receiving a refund for the backordered product(s) or leaving the product(s) on backorder and receiving shippment (we pick up the shipping charges on backorders) when we receive shippment from the manufacturer.

What do you do to protect my privacy on your site?

South Alabama Marketing repects your privacy. We do not share, sell or trade with other companies the e-mail addresses or any of the information you give us, except what is necessary to verify your credit card information and complete your order.
